As above, have been following the 'What a difference a mug makes' post, and must admit that i have not had as many issues as some describe from SignzWorld but there is an issue with the sides being p***ed.

I keep reading people mention that some suppliers send there boxes of 36 (etc) without individual boxes. How are these packaged? Bubble wrap and stacked, or cardboard dividers?

Trying to understand the likelihood of receiving damaged in transit mugs if not adequately packaged, as although SignzWorld dont have straight edges, i have never had a broken one from box.

The ones I get from Coralgraph are 36 to a box in layers of 12 in trays divided by cardboard dividers, the box they are in is then put into another large box and sent.

I have had very few breakages, and Coralgraph have always replaced the few I have had.

Most are sent in boxes of 36, some in bubble wrap bags, others with just cardboard dividers.

ALL reputable suppliers will replace damages you receive from them, if they don't change supplier to one that does.
