does anyone know a supplier that still has zippo style lighters? I can't find them anywhere ;(

The transfer press and BMS use to do them but there use to be printing difficulties with them I also use to buy them but was never happy with the finished result that probably why no one seems to do them anymore could be wrong though. If you haven't tried the transfer press they do do an printable style electric lighter with a small oval insert not that big though but its looks nice when done cant help with any other supplier I'm afraid.

I have been told that bms have some left it may be worth contacting them
