Re: Print bleeding while cooling.

Hi all,
I have recently been having some problems while my mugs are cooling.
I am using Photoshop elements, a Ricoh Aficio printer with Sawgrass inks and a standard mug press (from Xpres) at 180 degrees for 180 seconds.
We have been printing mugs for just over a year now and have sublimated on thousands of mugs, however recently (and only on some designs) the print has bleed and blurred while the mug has been cooling.
Does anyone know why this would be happening? We leave our mugs to cool down naturally / in front of a fan, too many cracks when submerging in water!!
Any advice would be great! Thanks
Lindsay
