You would want to get in touch with the event organisers just to be sure.

I hold craft fairs every weekend and only need 5mil Public Liability Insurance from Wallaces. http://craftinsurance.co.uk - Just over £100 for the year :)

Thanks so much Technick, just did an online quote with them. For what we need it would be just over £70.00 for the year.
So not so bad, mind that was just for public liability.

why not join the markety traders federation, - about £100 a year and includes any events/markets/fairs etc for the full year

I have my insurance through the artists network (https://www.a-n.co.uk/about/insurance) - you do have to qualify as an artist / maker though - there is a questionnaire I think before you can get the insurance. £36 for a year, £5M PLI.
Neil.

looking to renew my shop insurance, with AXA and surprised to discover employer and public liability insurance does not extend outside my premises.

Any suggestions?

might be best to join a trade group as an add on?

what is good at present?
thanks
