On your "coverage" page, the very bottom line reads

"I've an area you require is not listed.........."

Should that not read

"If an area you require is not listed.........." :?:

Colours are easy on the eye, but can't say much else due the huge yellow banner across every page

Hi

I've had the banner removed so you can now view pages properly.

It's clear and crisp, not a big fan of the use of flash of the navigation tabs though (mobile access issues)

The backdrop looks a little fuzzy (especially the grass), but I guess it's not something you can do a lot with the file size, maybe just go for an artistic "smudge"?

Spotted a few typo's:

1st Page
Account Account - twice
a email - should be an email

About us
at the great prices - doesn't make sense

Book Now
booking will - should it not be "booking we will

You might want to re-read through your pages as sometimes the gramma isn't quite right or it could be improved on.

Like the site and its a good idea.
PS: your printing website - nowhere on the site, or any of your offers, does it mention whether its litho or digital, 1 colour, or full colour. Might put a few peeps off not knowing what they were ordering.

Cheers John

Hi John

Thanks for comments, On delivery site i noticed there was mistakes but it's just a draft now as just want to get it in place then will change mistakes, wasn't going to make it live but wanted some opinions.

On the print site i have just had that rewritten and never noticed it didn't mention print types etc. i'll get that sorted thanks for letting me know.

Hi Guys

Website is now fully live apart from one page (Go green page) please let me know what you think tried to keep it simple and easy to use i.e booking forms etc as previous system was bit of nightmare to use.

Couple of quick comments for you.

First page took around 30 seconds to fully load on my laptop. Everything came up reasonably quickly except for the background image which took a l..o..n..g time to come in.

One page says you will not take "forbidden" items but in terms & conditions you use the phrase "illegal or dangerous". Would be good to be consistent. You have to read the terms to know that you won't take goods over £100 (why not given you only provide insurance to the value of £50?) Terms also don't finish with a full sentance at the bottom of the page:
"Failure to comply with the above terms may result in your parcel not being"

Why do you need size of the parcel. I was able to enter just 12 in the field. Is that what you want to know or do you really need depth x width x height rather than 1 dimension?

After filling first form the next requires you to tick to say you've read the terms, but you cannot click on the word terms on that form to bring up the t&c's. Instead you have to go to the top to read them and then you have to refill the forms from the beginning. Much better to have the t&c's come up and return you to the second page of the booking form.
