Can anyone give advice I have just bought a new ricoh printer and sub inks but the prints are very low in contrast and faint , ricoh won't give tech advice unless under contract and shop just says contact ricoh ! Have installed cd driver that came with machine.

have you installed power driver profiles? these help an incredible amount when printing gel sub inks.

What inks are you using? Do you mean the Ricoh 3110? Where did you buy setup from? What paper are you using?
Powerdriver will only work if you have Sawgrass inks which I'm guessing you don't? You need a specific icc profile.

The inks are c eye generic sub inks , using trupix paper the printer came from printerlanduk , have installed the driver that came with the machine which is the regular sg 3110dn not the new sawgrass version. I did look online for a icc profile but did not have much luck , can you recommend a link ? many thanks Robert.

A profile is specific to your inkset/printer etc.
