Working fine until this morning.
Tried printing and get this error. SC error 57001
Try turning off/on problem call sawgrass is problem reocours.
Anybody had this error before?

Justin i bought it from ebay. Guy said still has 15 months warranty.
Think it was bms he purchased from.
waiting for a reply from him to confirm.

He has confirmed it was bms.

Ok, might be worth dropping them an email.

Already done. Just a pain because it's the Easter holidays
Had stuff to complete.
You would think they would have the error codes in the manual at least then you could get some jist of what the problem is.

So a update.
I had to chase bms this morning,they said they would ring me back.
Didn't ring me back. Seems they are not that great in deeling with issues like this.
Sawgrass on the other hand nothing but praise for dealing with the issue.

Hi, just for the record, having been in contact with you directly over the Easter weekend the office looked into this first thing this morning (the office being closed until today) and contacted Sawgrass on your behalf. We chased Sawgrass this afternoon to then be able to get back to you but in the meantime I believe you contacted Sawgrass directly and they have sorted out the issue for you.

Just putting our side forward to balance the comment you've made

I rang you guys at 10.30 then 2pm came and still had not heard anything so that's when I rang sawgrass. Just would of been nice to have some kind of contact. Anyway it's getting sorted so all is good.
