Can someone give me a bit of advice please, Ive just received my set of Sublijet HD cartridges for the SG400 from Listawood and the use by date is May 2016, only two months away. My previous ones from Listawood have all been in date for a good year or so. A set of inks could well last me about 8 months usually so you see my problem. At over £200 a go, they arent cheap. Is this common practice? thanks

Very poor indeed :-(

Especially as prices have risen on SG carts!

Good :) keep them sealed and drop them an email, normally Listawood reply within a few hours (working days of course)

I had same problem some time ago. not Listawood but different supplier. i contacted sawgrass Europe directly. within 3 days i had new carts and i didn't had to return old ones.

I contacted Sawgrass Europe direct yesterday and they put me in touch with the right person at Listawood. I was told they usually make sure the carts have at least 3 months shelf life on them, that doesnt seem very long to me for Sublijet HD inks. Anyway they swapped the carts no problem, got them today, cant fault the service i got. I wil be sure to ask the use by date next time though before ordering as i dont want them with only 3 months on them.
