Have looked at a few suppliers, and continue to, but wondering what people's opinions are for the best source for jigsaws. They do need to be high quality - rigid material (wood or white cast acrylic/polymer) with a supplier who can give a good breaks for bulk purchasing - ie I'll need a better price for buying 100s of them at a time after initial sampling.
Anyone know what Wentworth's pricing is like, and whether they are manufacturing their own, or just cutting UniSub (which their product codes imply)

I don't know whether Wentworth are just cutting UniSub or not, but I can say their products are by far the most premium finish compared to cardboard etc, and I'm certain they are supplying most of the suppliers who sell wooden jigsaws in the country. The did me some great prices before on a relatively small order, so I can imagine if your talking in the 100's you'll do well with them.

The Wentworth made coasters use a different wood to Unisub. If you can buy the board in sheets, they could be laser cut.
