Hi all,
Does anyone else have trouble printing green solids on mugs?
I have printed solid colours with no problems but I can't seem to get the green.

It comes out mottled on the mug. I've tried changing times, temp & pressure with no luck.
It's baffling as all other colours are perfect.

I am using a Ricoh SG3110 with Sawgrass inks and Trupix paper.
I have a new ARC mug press from The Magic Touch but have also tried on my other 2 presses and get the same result.

I have tried taking a photo to show you but its hard to see with the reflections

Not sure but you may be hitting a problem with colour gamut and that particular shade of green is outside or close to the limit. I would create a greens colour swatch and include a couple of gradients as well. Reducing the image colour space from aRGB to sRGB should force the colours to be within the printers capability which I assume (not checked) will be 100%+ of sRGB. Had a similar issue with a shade of red last year.

The coverage looks good so I'd tend to agree with above, you might struggle with such a bold colour on the Ricoh.
