Every time I print the paper came out in a Pale colors
could it be the machine setup ? I tried plain paper mode and glossy mode
also the peper itself hase a soft side and rough side what is the right side to print ?

Sublimation ink will always look lighter until it is pressed

Lighter/ weak no difference have you pressed the item yet? Photos would help people to see the problems you are having. What printer are you using? A hundred and one other questions as well. Have you done a search across the forum? All you need to know is here.

I am using brother j2320 also I pressd the mugs and all of them had very bad quality

To help you we need to know what paper, inks, mugs you are using. Do you have a profile installed and so on. Help us to help you
