Can black aprons be bought or are they only available in white?

Google is your friend. You can't sublimate black though.

they come white, and you print them to be the colour you want

Apologies, I need them for sublimation. I've been approached regarding an order but they require a grey rectangle with logo in on black aprons.

As I said in the first post you can't sublimate dark colours. I would find someone local to you who could print them onto some transfer paper and you press them.
