DSF

Im new to this forum so hi everyone, I'm going crazy every image I print is absolutely perfect including the black but when I try to print a photo from my I phone 6 it prints really terrible can anyone help please

most photos are saved as .jpg files but iPhone often uses .png especially if you are using a screen shot.
I suggest checking file types, and do test prints with the same image in different formats to ensaure you get them in the correct manner for you.
We only work in RGB and are happy with 8bit
