I am still having problems with my process and I am trying to find if it is the print or the Mug press that is the problem...So is anyone willing to heat press a test image onto a mug for me and also send me a test print from their printer that i could use with my press? It is a big ask i know but i dont know what else to do...or if anyone is not to far from portsmouth and would invite me in that would be Great!?

Hi Pete
I have a Adkins mega mug heat press, I am runnng PS CS3 and have a Richo 3110 sd printer... I am not getting good results on my mugs the colors are very washed out? It all looks good the print to the paper (Jetstream Digital) Ink (Sublijet Sawgrass) but the transer to mug is not anywere where i want it! I sarted at 180/180 and have dropped it to 170/170 also have dropped the pressure on the press.

Check you are printing to the right side of the paper, lick your fingers, print to the sticky side. Are you using the sawgrass ICC, and you applying it properly in PS? Plus the ICC if you are using it will be for Trupix, not Jet Stream.

Have you followed through (and checked) all settings on the Sawgrass site for both printer and software? Are you using Powerdriver or icc profiles?

I would be tempted to increase temp & time, - when you take it out, only part peel papar off, if still not good, put back in for more cooking.
You can just use ordinary printer paper but with weak results, so i suspect your press is not as hot as it should be ...
