Hi there, I'm having issues with printing out of Illustrator CC. I've been using this program to do all my designs on and print out of for 1 year now. We had someone come round to do a profile but they couldn't help us in the end. While they were here they changed some colour settings in Illustrator. Since then everything we print looks faded, the colours aren't bright once we press them.

Ive tried to change the settings back but I must be missing something as nothing I've done seems to be fixing the problem. Any advice would be appriciated, thanks in advance.

Can you post screen shots of your general colour settings and the print dialog, and print driver

What printer/inks are you using? Have you followed setup instructions on Sawgrass website?
