What do people recommend for pressing vinyl onto these? Any specific vinyl and times temps and tips for elevating the flap on the front for pressing

My opinion would be hot flex 160 for 15 seconds.

Thanks for that, Peter. Do you suggest anything under it or between to slightly elevate the pressing area as the zip stops the pressure coming down on the pressing area fully.

Have you got a clam or swing away press?...............Everyone has their own method for pressing near zips depending on how big/long the zip is. I use a mouse mat to lift it slightly, strange way but it works for me. Just use a teflon sheet to.
