Just to introduce myself.... Tina, from Ipswich in Australia. I am a pet photographer, looking to add mugs and other gifts to the services I offer. I bought the sg800 with the DK combo set...mug attachment and press. I originally bought a cheap chinese version, and I should have known better, so after a lot of searching, decided on this system. Only have it for a week, and have to say the printing process has been a breeze, and even the mug pressing wasn't too bad except..... creases! After tearing my hair out, and more googing, I came upon this site, and I would like to say thankyou to everyone who answered previous posts about this, as I have now discovered that the cheap mugs that came with my cheap press are not straight! Now I have to wait for January to order my good mugs! For those of you from Australia, I purchased my system from GJS, and am really happy with the service they provided. My press got lost in transit, a few days out of xmas, and they sent another one to make sure I would have it before they closed. Lol, both turned up on the same day! Today I am going to have a try at chromalux!

Hi Tina and welcome to this wonderful forum.
I'm in south of WA and also use GJS. We actually went and visited them before purchasing.
Brilliant customer service.

Thanks guys.

Developit, that was why I chose them. Their website seemed to scream customer service, and it was something I knew I would need. I can't wait for them to come back from holidays, and order more products!! Been an interesting few days of experimenting!
