I have recently has a custom icc profile made for my printer and inks, When the design prints out onto the paper the colours look perfect. However when i press the colours the gray changes to a green colour. Please can someone help me understand why this is?

Also there is yellowish glow around an orange shape i have on the mug is there a way to get rid of this?

Thanks

Where did you get the profile, and did you tell them it was for sublimation? A normal ICC for regular printers will be made by scanning the paper, whereas for sublimation, the charts will first be transferred to a substrate, and scanned from there. Sublimation inks will change colour slightly from paper to substrate, during the sublimation process.
