Hi All,

Today is the day i finally post. :)

Avid collector of weird and wacky machines, a leader in a national youth organisation, and craft enthusiast i have over the years collected a hodge podge of machines and materials for use both during youth activities and in my own time.

Discovering the sublimation process i immediately decided i need (not want ) a sublimation printer and press(s).

Over the past few month i have been stalking every post on here and several facebook groups to gain an understanding of methods and equipment requirements, and decided to take the plunge and join the ranks.

Look forward to speaking to you all soon

Pete

What sort of items are you intending to work on and which county are you in.

Right down on the south coast (Portsmouth, Hampshire)

Haven't fully made up my mind, however i am leaning towards mug press simply due to the lower initial cost of purchase.

However browsing the posts and forums i am very tempted to go for clamshell or swing away as i really like the slates, aluminium, and jigsaw type products that i found.

BMS will probably be your preferred supplier then as they are local to you.

STAY AWAY from a clam press.
