ok so seems a daft question here ...been asked if i could do a shower curtain ..looked around and some of them are actually made of polyester ...obviously i wouldnt be able to print and press any bigger than my eqipment but i could do a few choice ...smaller designs onto it.
has anybody ever tried a shower curtain ? and what were the results?

Yep, done one as a trial about 6 months ago. Bought a cheap white based polyester one from B&Q and it printed well. Takes full colour quite easily and holds on the materila as you would hope in it being polyester. Just print it like a sunshade time and temp.

I picked up quite a few items to print on and you would be surprised what can work, especially if you coat some items yourself.

I was just about to mention a toilet seat....... When I did my little scouting trip around BQ I was tempted to buy one of the white wooden seats that have the plasticish coating. Didn't won't to waste £25 at the time though. I got a print on the plastic window sill material but put too much heat into it and distorted slightly. It's a form of frp just not as dense as what you buy for sublimation. When testing things just use a silicon sheet either side so you don't melt anything onto a part of the machine that matters.
