Does anyone use some kind of software to keep up with orders/projects from start to finish. I an not talking about the odd phone case here and there but I have just completed an order for a school nearly 80 sets of coasters (4). I am looking for something to keep all the information together, initial contact, quotes, costings, lead times, images, correspondence and invoices so I can follow the progress on some kind of timeline.
I also do signage and want to keep track of when I place orders for materials, when its due and my projected finish time.

I hope this makes sense.

try SAGE if its not overkill for what you need. I found it very useful. ALL information there.

You could also try Clarity, however neither Sage or Clarity are going to completely cover everything you want. The only thing that will is Outlook and being very very organised!
