Strange look to my prints from Ricoh 3110

Hi all,

Very strange thing is happening when I print from Photoshop to my Ricoh 3110dn. I am on a MAC and print via a USB connection.

When I print solid colours the sheet comes out with a strange texture. The only way I can explain it is, it look like a canvas effect but there is no effect on the art work.

I can see it on the areas no print also.

I've tried printing using Inkget High, Gloss High and everything in-between.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Do you have the profile installed and have you set the software up to match Sawgrass website?

use inkjet plain paper quality print mode no profile.

Yes, all installed. Ive been subing for 2 years now and only notices this issue in the last month.

I'll try that if I print anything but High Quality I get banding...
