Ive recently started selling a UK Manufactured press so have to have a demo unit, this means I have not much need for my INSTA , its almost identical to teh Addkins beta with 20 x 15 top plate but its onl y has the 15 x 15 base on it. the bases are interchangeable but i think it has to be from INSTA. The base has a small cunk out of the rubber at the beck left edge but thats replaceble pretty cheap.

I think id like offers around the £700 mark and pick up as it weighs a damn tonne, harldy been used is badged as METRO SPORT as they used to rebadge this in newcastle. new demo unit arrives in a week or so.

PS INSTA were the original design that AAdkins copied .

Thanks for that - I posted a thread about that ages ago, trying to get to the bottom of it, but never got anywhere!

I bought one of these off ebay for £200 and then sold on for about the same a few months later as it's only for t-shirts / hoodies etc as doesn't do thicker items. Why not try ebay and see if you get any takers?

We've bought sold a few of these (Insta/Adkins and Jarin) over the years on Ebay, for up to £200, but sold on for closer to £1000
They are good presses, and hold their value well, as they're built to last.
(We've also bought a good lot of PressMechs over the years cheap, but haven't sold any of them on!)

Im not in any rush to sell it I have my new press coming this week Pisquee will know the make well. The Insta is a great presss if you can get one for 200quid good job
