I'm about to deliver eight boxes of blank mugs to charity tomorrow. Before you tell me, what a great guy I am; it pains me that I'm forced to discard £300 worth of mugs.

So what is acceptable mug damage to you? How perfect are the mugs you send out? Think I'll look at a new supplier after Christmas but that would involve a much higher buying price.

I must admit we still use the same mugs we started with - RN European from BMS - and NEVER had a bad one. We did go through some others (4-5 different suppliers and coatings) and found issues with all of them. Yes, they are the most expensive but we supply gift shops mainly and highest quality is needed. Perhaps a homeless shelter would have better use of the mugs if there is a local one! Olly

I use Coralgraph and the damage is at most 1 mug per deliver of 8 boxes of mugs!
