I'm thinking of making a jig for plastic name badges, has anybody made a jig for any sub products before, looking for some advice/recommendations on materials if so. I've had a play around with some silicone sheet as thought this might work initially but so far this has proved unsuccessful.

All help/recommendations appreciated.
