Did you get some silicon paper (like greaseproof paper, in the pack)? That will do, or a teflon sheet.

Found it. i thought it was a sheet that split the sheets to show which was m and i, just put the mask through the printer, put the I sheet in and the printer says jammed paper next message fatal error ring service number. have walk away as I no idea how to remove paper, will have a look when heart stops beating like the clappers, not to panic YET

Its quite simple the printer is not working still not bad only three sheets of paper through. The printer is a good make from a reputable dealer it just one of those things, a glitch in the facts of life, so I'm on the phone tomorrow and get it sorted out, but I'm not forseeing any problems in that department.

Did you adjust your printer settings to take into account the thicker paper?
When I'm using the Image Klip paper, I adjust it to either photo paper or card.
