So just a quick update all fellow members.

Closed the shop last week, all the photo processing equipment disposed off.

And moved all the photo gifting equipment into the garage.

Now i`m trying my hand out from working from home.

Bought a domain name of PhotoboxLondon you find me on facebook and instagram, but building a website is proving very difficult to do or is it just me.

I am still keen to be in the photo business so seeking a job at Max Spielmann or Timpsons.

If any fellow members hear of any vacancies in the South East i would appreciate it

Regards
Nash

Good luck Nash. And I would bite the bullet and get the pro's in for your web site. A home-made website often looks like a home-made website if you get my drift. Olly

I second that get the pro's in or use one of the big website providers, they can be very good and oh so simple to use.

Hi,
another FIS lab gone ..... You may remember I closed mine over 5 years ago while still making a profit, but we have seen them tumble since then...... how many are currently left of our once great group?
I opened my garment decoration shop about 8 years ago in anticipation of getting out of photo, same skill set, and choose not to do online coz it is too competative, - my angle is 1 hour service !
Good luck in making your new future.
