Hello, i have a massive problem and i think you can help me guys.

So, i have heat press, Epson wf7610, texprint paper for water base ink, 100% cotton t-shirt and ink dry and pigment, i buy first time pigment, i ask supplier why is not working transfer and he told me pigment ink is not working for sublimation, now i buy dye ink for same supplier and he didn't answer yet why is not transfering...
- Is the paper wrong? Witch type of paper i should use with a link for a supplier?
- Is the ink not suitable for transferring? only with sublimation ink is working?
- Is the printer wrong? WF7610 inkjet
- Is my method wrong? I try from 30-50 seconds press on 180-190C but nothing...

Thank you

Wrong ink.

Sublimation ink is neither pigment ink not dye ink it is SUBLIMATION INK made by Sawgrass unfortunately they do not make cartridges for your printer. If you want to use that printer for sublimation you will have to fit a CIS system and find a third party supplier for your sublimation ink.

Also sublimation does not work on 100% cotton, it is very important to research before buying equipment as you need to know if its suitable for your needs, this forum is full of information and people who will be happy to give advice but there's a lot of information on the forum already have a good read of previous posts and this will help a lot as most of the questions you will ask have been answered on here already, best of luck.
