I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong, iv'e tried a variant of times and temperatures and the image keeps prints perfectly onto the Phone Case however it also transfers onto the Silicon Sheet.
I have a st3042 3D sublimation Machime. I used 185Degrees for 6.5Minutes for Phone cases.
Just wondering if anyone could help.
Also the temperature fluctuates on the machine from 185 to 170-195 and is very unstable.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but are all your designs definitely facing down onto the phone cases and not up towards the silicone sheet?
If they are then this might be an issue with your sublimation paper if the ink is bleeding through it, rather than a problem with the machine or silicone sheet. Try some different sub paper and see if you're still getting the same results. You might also want to cover your phone case with design attached with a regular piece of paper to act as a barrier between the sub paper and the silicone sheet.
I'm not familiar with this particular type of 3D machine but have you asked the manufacturer about the temp issues? Sometimes the temperature can drop slightly when you open the machine or when it's not closed properly.
Hope that helps

I had the same problem, a teflon sheet worked perfect for me
