Hi Guys,

I've just purchased the above printer, I know how to print the mugs BUT no clue how to set it up. My concern is the colour profiles for photoshop/illustrator.

Can anyone, provide some guidance for me please?

Paul on this forum does profiles....but initially you should have a profile from you sub ink supplier.

Thanks - I got the inks that came with it as a package, SubliR I do believe. Where do I get the profile from?

Sawgrass website, you will need to register your printer id. Works well, Paul should be able to give you a slightly wider gamut if you need it. The sawgrass profile is set for trupix paper.
I profile my other printer for myself but leave the ricoh on the sawgrass "powerdriver" as it only does mugs.
Sawgrass website has all the set up details if you need them.

This printer is doing mugs & phone cases.

Next I need to post in the heatpress area, as having some issues with that too.

The powerdriver down load has different settings for fabrics, ceramics, metals etc, does the job.

Sounds good. Consudeting trying money boxs and bottles
