The mrs has decided that we need a new kitchen, I have convinced her that to save money I can cover the existing drawers with vinyl (they are completely flat with rounded corners) however Im not sure which vinyl would be best polymeric or monomeric? I know polymeric is designed for curves but I have a some mono lying around from some window signs I done for my shop that I could use as my surface is flat but with curves on edges. Dont really want to waste good vinyl trying something if its wrong

thanks

Both will be fine, but there are some considerations....

What adhesion properties does the vinyl have?
Can they withstand a constant battering?
How will they react to steam and condensation?

I think before you do anything drastic I would cover a drawer/cupboard and leave it for a month (or longer if you can) so you can see if there is any wear or tear.
