just when I thought I had my head around this new venture I end up totally confused. quick recap, I am in the process of sourcing equipment for a new venture namely mugs an tee shirts and I have been round all the supplier sites and watched all the videos, or so I thought. I have just had the pleasure of watching a video by our very own Paul demonstrating a Dino Neptune clam press using sublimation inks onto a cotton t shirt, with me so far ? good, now I have always presumed that I would need a dye printer for transfers on cotton [ Epson] and a sub printer [Ricoh] for my mugs and plastic widgets. I know I need a cutter for transfers and vinyl but always thought sub inks on cotton was impossible, I ask because subliblanks [ I think] are doing a cracking deal on a new Dino clam + Ricoh + inks + tape @ £500. Do I need a dye printer or will this kit do both mugs and tees with the one ink? You can all wake up now

There is a fairly new product out called Sublicotton. You print onto a special paper cover it with magic powder, shake off the excess and then press. There is a thread on here and I know that BMS stock it.
