Finally moving away from the bench with 4 mug presses and a warming plate, and have replaced with one of these:

Uses less electricity than the presses and plate, and easily accommodates two trays of 12 mugs
Have a few UK sourced silicone wraps, whilst we wait for 100 coming from China.

Looks good

Where did you source your wraps in China from?

Most places I found worked out at about the same price as purchasing in the UK

Paul suggested getting them from Sunmeta, so that's what we did

$364 inc shipping for 100 - so about £2.35 each (not including any money transfer fees, or VAT/import duty if any gets charged)

That's pretty decent and a lot cheaper :-)

I was going to post a photo of the oven on the bench with a load of mugs in, but the glass door is too reflective, so you get a lovely view of our factory, but not much else!

So far so good - we did some test a few weeks ago in our kitchen (gas!) oven at home.
Just needing to find a cheap source of the silicone wraps for the thinner products (coffee cups, toothbrush holders, etc)
