Apologies if this is posted somewhere already, but does anyone have any recommended suppliers for decent weight blank sublimation t-shirts? I recently ordered a couple for test purposes and was quite disappointed at how thin they were (I could actually see through them) which made the transfer look pretty poor; the transfer went on fine, it was just the fact that the shirt was so flimsy.
I think it was about 165gsm, and not what I would really consider for selling to clients.
So if anyone has any recommendations then please let me know (and what in your opinions are a decent GSM weight for sub).
Cheers!
Phil

Which have you tried already? Xpres shirts are much better than they used to be (not as thick as they were) Vapor shirts are excellent.
Russel do a shirt called the HDT, this is more of a retail type garment and is a poly/cotton mix. The end result isn't as vivid as with 100% polyester but it prints kind of washed out/vintage style and looks really good with some designs. Ralawise stock them

Hey Justin!
Thanks for the reply. The couple I tried for testing were a Gildan 100% polyester. But as I say, they were really flimsy and didn't feel too classy. I'll check out those you gave...I though Vapor were from the USA only, or are am I incorrect there?
Thanks again...great site btw!

Another plus for Vapor and Xpres T-Shirts. Both a nice weight.
The Vapor Grey T-shirt also sublimates really well, plus the Transferpress also have a couple more colour choices.
Cheers
