We are getting more & more cycle tops to sub, and have historically been nervous around plastic zipps ...... but should i be?
They are MoreMiles tops with the micro plastic zip covered fully by tiny cloth flaps.
Either i have to use my hat press twice to do both sides, - or can I use big heat press and do both in one?
Will the zip melt at 190c ?

I sub on 170-180C max. never at 190 so not sure. But on my temperature never had malted zips. Melting point of plastic is much higher then we think.

if they are a problem get a new rubber base and cut a zip recess in it, just deep enough for the zip, you can then lay the garment across, and sub over the top, - mark used a dremel type tool to sculpt a groove out in mine
