Re: Image Layout/Nest Software

I finally found some software which appears to do exactly what I have been looking for. It's called ImageNest. You can drag and drop multiple images and it 'best fits' to your media size for you or 'nests' the images
So what's the problem? It's only available on Mac! Whilst I do (reluctantly and probably not for much longer) have a Mac, I want to be able to use the software on my vastly superior PC
Anyone seen anything similar that runs on Windows?

Doesn't nesting come with pretty much every RIP?
I know it used to come with Caldera and it definitely available in Roland's Versaworks, so I presumed nesting was standard on most RIPs

I saw mention of Qimage, thanks for that. Yes, I did wonder if most RIPS could nest as I knew some did. Paul, must be for PC not Mac

Just installed for a quick look Karen. Looks very detailed and may do the job. I'm just working out the basics to see whether it would work

Had a look at Printstation but not sure if this is more aimed at photo album creation? I can select multiple images and fit to page but it requires a grid size and the images grow/shrink accordingly...might just be me!
