Re: Greys printing brown - help please...

Up until about a few months ago I have been printing Blacks and greys perfectly, using Corel Draw, Xpres inks, and Subliprint 1400 v1 profile (using 1400 printer).
We have now realised that the greys are printing brown - haven't changed pressing times etc etc.
I had a colour chart that we printed a while ago and it is fine, and printed it again yesterday and can easily see the difference! You can see the greys are going to heat press as browns by looking at the paper when printed...
Any ideas? Should I get in touch with Xpres?
I did buy a new yellow ink in June, but not sure exactly when the printing 'changed'...? (I tried changing the profile back to subliprint1290v1 and V3, but no different)
Thanks in advance!
Joy

Have you done a head clean and nozzle test print, one of your colours might be blocked giving dodgy results.

If it looking out on paper before pressing, and it looked ok before, then maybe the setting have changed on your computer. Check to see if the profile is set up other than that I haven't got a scooby.

Not sure - but does sound like either profile isn't installed properly or the cyans got a blockage. Maybe someone on the forum with a bit more experience might be able to shed some light on the problem.
Cheers John

if you sure about profile is instaled right. then please chek your printer settings! make sure there is no double profilling. otherways your colors will be all wrong.
