Morning all,
Can't remember what it is I have to do, Monday morning brain lock. Using Photoshop 7 and received the following image via e-mail. As you can see it is unusable, but there is something simple that will sort it, just can't remember what it is.

There is nothing that can "fix" this image but you can make it larger if this is what hou mena?

edit>image size
and resoluion or dpi can be changed there. But as i said it will not add missing pixels to the image.

Thanks Paul. Tried enlarging and increasing the dpi, no change. Someone showed me how to resolve this problem but I have forgot how, was only a simple click and it was done. Mobile camera pics are a nightmare.

there used to be and possibly still is a piece of software called Genuine Fractals which can be used to upscale images. Does a remarkably good job - doesn't just increase the pixel count.

Is the image you were given actually as small as the one uploaded here? If so, I don't think there is anything you will be able to do to get that to print at a good quality.

if your issue is the size you received, customer education is the only way to solve your problem.

Photozoom will increase resolution/size better than just upsampling but there is only so much you can do if the image is very small to start with. I agree with FP above customer education is the way to go.
