I was wondering can you dye a sublimation Tea Towel, say blue, and then still sublimate it?
Many thanks

yes, but you would be then dying on top of the blue, so only printing in black would be of any use - why dye it in two stages though, why not print the blue background at the same time as the foreground design?

I am a lonely A4 Rioch owner so a full coloured tea towel is not an option. The design I wanted to put on the towel is a drawing by my daughter of a teddy bear. It is a bright yellow so I was hoping to scan it and then press it onto a blue towel.
Many thanks
