Hi all

Does anyone have any tips about printing on the BMS Strait Bone China Mug. (

I do have a heat press but it is too big. I've tried inserting a silicone layer between the mug and the press - but results not great.

Cheers
Steve

Hi Steve, always a bit tricky when you're introducing silicon into the equation. What settings are you using?

Hi Scott, thanks for the response. I pressed for 160 seconds at 180 degrees which is my pretty standard setting for 10oz durhams and produces excellent results.

The Bone China print looks a bit fuzzy and I suspect it could have done with a bit longer in the press - but main concern is the amount of space around the handle and looking at the mug now as I type, I think the pressure of the press has actually damaged the mug. Need to adjust that.

:o)

I'd be inclined to drop 5-10 degrees and add 45-60 seconds to your time. No more than medium pressure required.
