I've just set up my new A3 printer... Very happy with it.
I've have also pressed my first t shirt. I brought a t from The Transfer Press, pressed on a med/ heavy at 200 deg for 65 sec and this was my result
Can anyone recommend a t shirt that will give great results for sublimation? I would like to know what you guys use and what get the best results?
Many thanks
Dan

Looks Good Dan, which A3 did you buy?
I love the Vapor T-Shirts from TRansfer Press but they are quite dear. I also like the Subli which I bought from Xpres.
I bought a few of the Gildan Performance 42000 to try ou. They are thinner/lighter than the Vapor but a more affordable price.
I also would like like to hear others opinions on their favourite brands for sublimation.

Just short of A3... It's an ebay press but for me as a hobbyist it works well.
Changed the ICC profile and got a better colour match this time

Dan, that was a great price for your printer and you have the two paper trays. I have a the Epson 7610 for regular printing and wished I got the model with two paper trays.
Just realized you posted a different photo. Yes I can see the difference, seems brighter, though I thought the first one looked good too.

I like the idea of two trays as I can load up with A3 and A4 and for get about it. The wifi connection is great to.. No more wired connections [emoji106]

Do you find the vapor t shirts good quality? The gildan sublimation t shirts I've used seem thin

I use the xpres subli+. I have some gash ones that I wear in the dojo, either under my Gi or for no Gi sessions. The battering they have taken has been remarkable....hence I use them. If a customer ever does complain (no one so far!) I can honestly say "What the @##@ did you do to it!".

Dan, I really like them, and my adult son does too, which I was pleased about as they normally always wear 100% cotton.
Plus they have them in a nice grey and a couple of choices in the ringer style.
I also like Xpres Subli+ that Janners mentions. Both these have a heavy weight to them compared to the Gildan.
