Hi, Im using a 3d heat press, the timings are well off compared to the manufacturers instructions.
I've been in touch with the people I bought the machine off and there new reason for this is that the quality of the ink and paper isn't good enough.

I'm using Korean ink and subright paper. the problems I'm having is that the mugs don't quite get to the top of the image quite often when I remove them. with the phone cases the pic never fully transfers, The longer I leave them in the better they are but its about 5 mins at least more than they should be in for.

Please advise.

What brand is the ink? Korean ink can be very good if you have the right one. Paper could be an issue so would try a recognised brand to test how good yours is in comparison.

The main thing you need to do for help is get some photos posted of the resulting prints and also detail time and temps etc
