can anyone please help
my 3d 3042 has been running lovely
but all of a sudden every full load of mugs I try to put in are failing
ive checked all the basics temp time paper emptied the water etc
they are all coming out faded
but if I do 1 mug it comes out brill
any suggestions?

temp is at its highest
and a few days ago it ran a full load at same time temp ect
cant affordt to lose many more mugs grrrrr

200 sounds bit lot for mugs. i use 175C but i do only 4 at go. do you place them bottoms up or down?
any photos of fails?

for 14mins, i guess you dont do pre-heat the oven. Maybe the last time you success with the full load is after you sublimated something first (oven pre-heated).

the oven is pre heated to temp first and 200 for 14 was the temp recommended by the manufacturer
bottoms of the mugs all facing up
