Hi,

I have a problem with my Ricoh gxe7700n (using sublijet R inks) where it will be printing a job and after so many pages it just seems to stop printing and resets the job... i did notice that it was in exact place as the last time it did it on the same job. It doesnt always do it but it is becoming more frequent. Ive had the printer for about 3 years and its been fantastic but this issue is rather annoying especially when it wastes a sheet of paper and the ink too!!

Has anyone else had this problem as ive searched online and cant seem to find this issue.

I wondered if there was a way of resetting / clearing the cache or something. Ive printed an error log and it says 'job reset' by user RPCS or system???

Any advise would be appreciated

Can't help on the technical issue, but as a work around until you do fix it, I assume you can just print pages 1-10, then 11-20 and so on (depending on the numbers obviously).

thanks for the suggestion. On this job, im trying to print an a3 page and it seems to start the 5th page and stops and spits it out...strange. Just unplugged and turned back on and for now it seems ok, just did 5 pages fine, trying 10 next...we'll see! Has happened iwth other jobs but didnt notice a pattern...
