Hey guys,

I've done a search but nothing has provided me with the exact answers,

Slightly desperate I grudgingly bought 125ml bottle of artainium ink from a well known supplier. It arrived today and as i was away to open the bottle up I noticed the date on it said 28-2-15.

Does the date matter? I know this is possible scam to get your buy new ink but Should i be looking to get a replacement from the supplier?.

This morning i've noticed a letter along with the invoice stating the 'dates on the ink are a labeling error and it should not effect the quality'.

hmmmm...your thoughts please

i had same situation. I smell fish there so i called sawgrass directly and they said there was no such a thing like labelling error and they know nothing about it! they replaced my ink within few days on sawgrass expense.

Nail on the head there Paul, Longforte. Sorry i wish i found your thread originally so i do apologise for starting a new thread on this matter.
I've jumped on the Sawgrass website to contact them and hopefully get this resolved very quickly,

Not very good if so. One would hope Sawgrass will do something about it. I know where I'll be avoiding buying ink in the future.

Nope, not at all, not even. Sawgrass would correct any mistakes like this. They're thoroughly on the case. Use by dates are there not for no reason. Demand a replacement, Benn.
