I've had very satisfactory output for 3 years from my Ricoh using PowerDriver v1 along with win 7 and Photoshop CS2. Time for a new PC, so I stayed with Win 7 and CS2 because that's what I know. Same printer, but the PowerDriver I got this time is v4. Pretty sure I've set everything up correctly, I have been able to view all the setting on both PCs side by side! However, the print is so much darker when using the new set up, nowhere near so good as my old but dying PC. Any thoughts?
Cheers,
Michael

Mike, maybe email Sawgrass for a link and see if you could go back to the previous version of Powerdriver?

Thanks for that, Scotty. I found a ChromablastDriver v1 on a US site, very similar output to the PowerDriver v1 I have been using. Had a long conversation with a very helpful UK Sawgrass techie who activated the ChromablastDriver for me, and promised to try and source the original PowerDriver from her US colleagues. It really is quite remarkable the difference in colour reproduction between the different versions I have tried on the same PC. I would be unable to continue supplying repeat customers with such a change in colour!

I can only say, how queer! Glad you're back to printing though.
