Ive been using MDP regularly once or twice a week for past 18months and had no problems until this year !!!

Two parcels gone astray , one delivered late even though I paid for pre12 delivery (it turned up at 3!!) . All these with Tufnells , although I always ask for DPD !!!

And now Ive been waiting 2 days for a pre 12 delivery for an urgent delivery of vinyl and they cant even be bothered to answer my emails or return phone calls !!!

Time to find a new supplier for vinyl , clothing vinyl , wrap , printing ,media etc.

Anyone else had a problems recently?? They have always been mega reliable so Ive never even considered changing suppliers

I made a large order two weeks ago and it was delivered as normal and in time (free next day delivery) Tuffnells

Always been pretty good, although I do find the delivery expensive when buying something small. Luckily they have opened a shop local.

Had some T shirts from them with small tears
