Well, my computer has died and I am trying to download the drivers for my Rich GX7000 printer on to my new computer, trouble is when I am trying to download them I am getting an error message - There is a job printing now (35) any ideas, PLEASSSSE

Sounds like you need to clear the print queue, have you tried a Google search on that error message?

Hi Justin, tried clearing print list. but there are no documents on any of my printer lists. I have just googled error message and an going to watch a youtube video that has been suggested. I will get back to you after I have watched that. Thanks for the advise

Hi Justin, much to my embarrassment. My wife has just pointed out that even though the printer is switched off the usb is still connected. I have followed her instructions and it works!!!! God I am gonna know about this all weekend. Thanks for your response though. Really appreciated.

No worries I often post a question and realise the answer soon after...DOH! Sometimes need to do that for a moment of clarity.
