I have a Ricoh SG710DN and using True Pix Classic paper with Sublijet (Sawgrass) ink as I have been doing for Two years now. Two days ago I changed the Magenta and the Yellow and since then some of my jobs (not all) are coming out with a pinkish/Purple colour about one to two inch from the end and also my White's are a little greyer than normal. I have ruled out the heat press as I have two press and its doing this with both presses.

The paper is the same batch I have for weeks so I will ruled that out as well.

Any help or ideas.....................

anything change software wise?

No change in software, just ink change. Date on the ink is April 2015 I have it since last November when I changed the Blue.
