I have kicked off a facebook page to amuse myself and provide a landing spot for others with a passing interest in the art, history etc of these things.

Will take a look. I've been looking for a Jester image for the last 20 years or so! Not found the right one yet.

Arfermo...the mugs and polo shirt are from a package I bought from Germany a few years, they come as black and white line art. The really good stuff has the link to the authors in the text.
I can't draw, even though I have tried!
